CP KELCO products are derived from fermentation or extraction from vegetal raw materials (citrus, sea weeds, cellulose, etc.) The Company is a leading producer of pectin, gellan gum and cellulosic gums and a major manufacturer of carrageenan and xanthan gums. CP KELCO pioneered the introduction and production of gellan gum, the most recent addition to the hydrocolloid technology.

 

CP KELCO products are primarily used for texturizing, stabilizing, gelling and thickening. These products are based on CP KELCO’s in-depth expertise and experience in rheology. Rheology is the study of distortion and flow of matter under applied constraints. CP KELCO products impact the sensory properties of a number of manufactured products by changing the rheology of those products.

In order to reinforce its Global HR Team, CP KELCO is looking for a HR Specialist, based in its France Office.

Poste / Missions

The future HR Specialist will report to the Global HR Services and Programs Director and join a team spread over several countries. His main goal will be to support the team and its Director with the EMEA Sales offices for HR administration and in parallel to maintain a global understanding of HR projects in order to actively contribute to continuous improvement. More specifically he will be in charge of :

  • HR operations for the EMEA sales offices (Benefit management and renewal, HR Data Management and HR Metrics reports, Payroll supervision and Interface with Finance, Relations with local employment authorities, Support to employees and manager)
  • Assist with the development of HR policies in the EMEA area
  • Assist with talent acquisition process for the sales offices and manage the internal mobility policy in the EMEA area
  • Contribute to the development and administration of global projects to help aligning the workforce with the strategic goals of the company (Manage and coordinate internal vacation tools, expatriation, international mobility processes for example)
  • Manage global payroll contract with current provider and participate in payroll projects to link it with HR data system
  • Coordinate the annual performance management process for CP KELCO

The position will be located in Levallois-Perret, close to Paris and has a generalist dimension that will make it a good starting point towards larger and higher-level HR positions.

Le profil

  • Woman / Man
  • Equivalent of Master degree in HR or experience in HR and general administration (recruitment, learning, performance management, French and European labor regulation)
  • First experience in a generalist HR position, ideally in an international and industrial context
  • Fluent in English. Written and spoken English is used about 90% of the time. An experience in an English-speaking country would be ideal.
  • Capacity to integrate both within a small-scale company and with an international organization
  • Ability to identify sources of information and to make decision to advance various projects
  • Independent and friendly with a willingness to learn and progress
  • Strict, responsive, good communicator, source of proposals, negotiation ability
  • At ease with software tools and ideally with SuccessFactors
